Auditions for Jersey Boys

Embark on The Four Seasons’incredible journey to 1960’s rock sensations in this Broadway musical smash hit! Winner of seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Jersey Boys features an amazing score including “Sherry,” “Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You,” “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” and “Walk Like a Man.” Jersey Boys will be directed by Katie Schumacher.

We are looking for men and women ages 18 and up to play Frankie Valli’s wife Mary Delgado, girlfriend Lorraine and daughter Francine, friend Joe Pesci, Mob boss Gyp DeCarlo, Four Seasons producer Bob Crewe, Norm Waxman, Nick DeVito, French rapstars, detectives, church lady, party girl, waitresses, groupies, publishers, judge, accountant and more.

The Elves and the Shoemaker

Our wonderful students from our Summer Youth Drama Camp will present the famous children’s classic tale, The Elves and the Shoemaker, directed by Rachel Short, at 4pm & 7pm on Sunday, July 13 and 1pm on Monday & Tuesday, July 14 at The Grand.  Adults/Seniors $10 and Youth $5. All tickets are sold at the door.

Education and Scholarships

We offer a variety of educational opportunities throughout the year. 

Registration for our Fall and Spring Afterschool programs will begin after Labor Day. The fall session will run October 20-November 22 and the spring session will run April 20-May 23. Scholarships are available.

Look for information later about our very exciting new Musical Theatre Workshop (summer 2026) for middle and high schoolers.

Carr Groenewold College Scholarships

The Chippewa Valley Theatre Guild is seeking applications for their 2026 Carr Groenewold Scholarship Program. $1,200 in scholarship funds will be divided among one to three students and is awarded annually to a high school senior(s) pursuing music or theatre in college in the fall and/or a college student(s) continuing in music or theatre.

Applications are due April 17, 2026. Scholarships will be awarded in May.

Grand Theatre

The Grand Theatre is part of CVTG’s office, performance and rehearsal space. Free parking is available on nearby streets and lots. 

Pablo Arts Center

Pablo Arts Center is across the footbridge from the Grand Theatre. It contains two performance spaces, the RCU Theatre and the JAMF Theatre. Free parking is available in some lots and on the streets (look carefully for parking signs). There is paid parking available in one of the nearby Eau Claire ramps, or you may choose valet parking right in front of the center.

The Chippewa Valley Theatre Guild develops, encourages, and promotes opportunities for community members in the Chippewa Valley community to experience quality theatre, whether on the stage, in the audience, behind the scenes, or in a classroom.
